A happy place to begin
Choosing where your child begins school matters, and in Acorns they could not be in warmer hands. Our Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children learn together in one small class, where every child is known, cared for, and given room to grow at their own pace.
Learning starts with play, songs and stories, and builds gently towards confident reading, writing and number as children move through the class. Friendships form, confidence blooms, and the foundations are laid for everything that follows.

Learning that grows with your child
In Acorns, learning grows with your child. Our Reception children learn through the Early Years Foundation Stage, and as they move into Years 1 and 2 they begin the national curriculum subjects.
